Refund policy
At bhappy site, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within the timelines below and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
1. Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items
If your order arrives with visible damage to the outer package (bumps, scratches, humidity, broken seal, etc.), please make sure to sign the delivery receipt noting “damaged package”.
You must notify us of any damaged, missing, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.
Please keep the original packaging and shipping label until the case is resolved.
Photographic evidence (photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label) will be required.
Note: We do not accept returns or sale items
2. Malfunctions & Warranty
All products include a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranty claims are handled differently depending on when the issue occurs:
- DOA (Dead on Arrival): If a product is defective within 14 days of delivery, it will usually be collected and refunded or replaced depending on the brand’s policy.
- Standard Warranty (after 14 days, up to 2 years): In most cases, products are referred to the manufacturer’s technical service for diagnosis and repair. If the brand does not provide service, we will manage the process for you.
3. What Cannot Be Returned
We cannot accept returns for:
- Products delivered in perfect condition and as ordered.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence.
- Items missing original accessories, packaging, or serial numbers.
- Certain product types, such as scooters, CECOTEC products, computers, household appliances, and items requiring professional installation.
4. Return & Collection Process
To request a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once approved, we will arrange the collection or provide the next steps.
In cases where no fault is found, you may be responsible for collection and re-delivery costs.
5. Important Notes
Large appliances are always delivered and collected at street level.
Telecommunication devices must be returned with all passwords, locks, and accounts removed.
Products requiring installation must include a valid installation certificate from a qualified professional.
6. Change of Mind / Right of Withdrawal
As we operate in partnership with BigBuy, a wholesale distributor, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or unwanted items if delivered in perfect condition.
